Privacy Policy

Omega Insurance Agency LLC

Last updated on 07/10/2026. This policy is effective immediately.

1. Introduction

At Omega Insurance Agency LLC (“Omega,” “we,” or “us”), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect when you visit our website (the “Site”) or interact with us, and how we use, share, and protect it.

This policy applies to information we collect on the Site and through our forms, emails, text messages, WhatsApp, phone calls, and tracking technologies. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, your choice is not to use the Site. We may update this policy; your continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the current version.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you provide directly to us

– When you complete forms on the Site (including quote forms, both simple and multi-step): your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and details about the type of insurance or service you are interested in.

– When you contact us by email, text message, or WhatsApp, including the content of those communications and your contact details.

– When you speak with our team by phone.

– Any other information you choose to provide.

2.2 Information we collect automatically

As you navigate and interact with the Site, we may automatically collect:

– Details of your visits: pages you view, time on the Site, links you click, and browsing patterns.

– Technical information: your IP address, device type, operating system, browser, and approximate location.

– Information about your behavior and interaction with the Site, collected through cookies, pixels, and analytics tools, including session recording (see Section 3).

Unlike purely statistical analytics, some of this information may be linked to you as an identified individual or combined with the information you provide to us.

2.3 Information from third parties

We may receive information about you from third parties, such as advertising and analytics platforms, business partners, and, where applicable, the systems we use to manage our relationship with current clients.

3. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies (pixels, web beacons, and tags) to operate the Site, analyze its use, remember your preferences, and measure our campaigns. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, although some parts of the Site may stop working properly. The Site also displays a cookie consent banner and integrates Google Consent Mode v2, which lets you accept or reject categories of cookies; we honor that choice.

We work with the following third-party providers, which may collect or process information about your activity. We encourage you to review their privacy policies:

– Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, for Site analytics and measurement. https://policies.google.com/privacy

– Google Ads, to measure conversions and display advertising. https://policies.google.com/privacy

– Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram), to measure conversions and display advertising. https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/

– Microsoft Clarity, for heatmaps and session recording. https://privacy.microsoft.com/en-us/privacystatement

About session recording (Microsoft Clarity)

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use the Site so we can improve it. Clarity may record a reconstruction of your visit —cursor movements, clicks, scrolling, and the pages you move through— as well as page heatmaps. By default, Clarity masks the text you type into fields (such as your name or phone number), so that sensitive information is not visible in the recordings. Microsoft processes this data under its own terms; you can review them at https://privacy.microsoft.com/en-us/privacystatement.

4. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

– Respond to your requests and provide you with quotes and information about our insurance and services.

– Contact you by phone, email, text message, or WhatsApp regarding your request (see Section 5).

– Send you marketing communications and automated email sequences, always with the option to opt out.

– Classify and follow up with prospects using tags and lead-scoring systems based on your interactions with us, for example, email opens, clicks, pages visited, or forms completed, to contact you in a timely manner.

– Maintain and supplement contact information, including with the help of automated tools.

– Offer you other products or coverage that may interest you and manage your renewals.

– Display and measure advertising, including remarketing and lookalike audience campaigns (see Section 6).

– Analyze and improve the Site and user experience.

– Comply with our legal obligations and protect our rights and those of third parties.

5. Communications and consent (calls, text messages, and WhatsApp)

When you submit a form on the Site and accept our consent notice, you authorize Omega, and those acting on its behalf, to contact you at the number you provided, including through automated technology (automatic telephone dialing systems, prerecorded or artificial-intelligence-generated voice messages, and SMS/MMS messages), for marketing purposes and to follow up on your request. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP to a text message or by contacting us through any reasonable means; we will honor your request no later than 10 business days. We may send you a single message to confirm your opt-out. Message and data rates may apply.

6. Interest-based advertising

We work with platforms such as Google and Meta to show ads to people who have visited the Site (remarketing) and to create lookalike audiences. To do so, we may share with these platforms identifiers or data that allow advertising to be targeted and measured. These platforms may combine that information with what they already have about you.

You can manage interest-based advertising by adjusting your Google and Meta account settings, or through the opt-out mechanisms of the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) and the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA). If you are a California resident, see also Section 11.

7. How we share your information

We may disclose your personal information in the following situations:

– To service providers that support us, such as web hosting, our customer relationship management (CRM) system, email, analytics, and advertising platforms, contractually bound to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.

– To the third-party platforms mentioned in Sections 3 and 6 (Google, Meta, Microsoft, and WhatsApp).

– To insurance carriers and partners necessary to process your insurance request and provide you with a quote or policy.

– To comply with a court order, law, or authority request, or to protect our rights, safety, or those of third parties, including fraud prevention.

– To a buyer or successor in the event of a merger, sale, reorganization, or transfer of Omega’s assets.

– With your consent.

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, some of the advertising practices described in Section 6 may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under California law; see Section 11 for your choices.

8. Financial privacy notice (GLBA)

To provide you with insurance products and services, we collect nonpublic personal information (NPI), such as what you provide in your applications, information related to your transactions, and information we receive from third parties such as carriers. We use and share this information as necessary to process and service your policies and as permitted by law. We do not share your nonpublic personal information with nonaffiliated third parties except as permitted by law.

9. Data retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, meet our legal and regulatory obligations, including those specific to the insurance industry, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need it, we securely delete or anonymize it.

10. Your choices

– Cookies: you can manage your preferences in the Site’s consent banner and in your browser settings.

– Email marketing: you can opt out at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us directly.

– Calls, texts, and WhatsApp: you can withdraw your consent as described in Section 5.

– Third-party advertising: you can use the NAI and DAA opt-out mechanisms and your Google and Meta settings.

– Access, correction, and deletion: you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by writing to the contacts in Section 16.

11. California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident and the law applies, you have the right to: know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; request its deletion; request correction of inaccurate information; opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information (including that used for cross-context behavioral advertising); and not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your rights.

To exercise these rights, contact us through the means in Section 16. We will also honor browser opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), and you may use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link available on the Site. Additionally, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 (“Shine the Light”) allows California residents to request information about the disclosure of their personal information to third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes.

12. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete it. We also do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of minors under 16. If you believe we may have information about a minor, contact us.

13. Data security

We implement reasonable measures designed to protect your personal information against accidental loss and unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk.

14. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party sites or services that we do not operate or control. This policy does not apply to them; we encourage you to review their own privacy policies.

15. Changes to this policy

We will post any changes to this policy on this page, with the last-updated date. If we make material changes to how we treat your personal information, we will notify you through appropriate means. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
